About

Allan Quah became a Christian in 1978 at Billy Graham's Evangelistic Crusade, Singapore. In Dec 1983, Allan decided and was baptized at Chinese Methodist Church, Madras Lane, Penang.

He was actively involved in The Boys' Brigade ministry (少年军) from 1976 to 2003, the world's oldest uniform organization. He received some development of short training from The Boys' Brigade in the UK, went back to Penang, Malaysia, and served as The Boys' Brigade Officer from 1983— 2003. He joined MYF during his teenage for many years, actively served in the Methodist Youth Fellowship Northern (North) District from 1983-1986.

After migrating to Australia in 2003, having ten years of work experience in Australian multi-national manufacturing companies in Automotive, Rail, and Engine, Allan worked full-time as a planner, procurement, and purchasing role. He has actively served the Children and Youth Ministry since 2003 with ECCS. In 2010, Allan studied part-time and graduated with a Bachelor of Theology degree from the University of Divinity in 2014.

He was called to serve and appointed as Children Pastor with ECCS and Church in Frankston in Dec 2013.

In July 2021, Allan was called and appointed as English Pastor (Part-time) of Camberwell Methodist Church. He was currently pursuing in Graduate Diploma in Christian Counselling, part-time.

He is blessed and happily married to Cerene Koo and has two lovely adult daughters living in the Eastern suburbs.
